I am currently an Associate Professor with Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). I received the Ph.D. degree from City University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Sam Kwong (IEEE Fellow), the B.S. degree from Tianjin University of Technology and the M.S. degree from Ningbo University under the supervision of Prof. Gangyi Jiang. From Sep. 2011 to Jun. 2013, I was a visiting student in SIAT, CAS under the supervision of Prof. Yun Zhang.
